The Brief

Pandurang Auto Industries is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer specialising in high-precision CNC and VMC machined components from their facility at MIDC Chinchwad, Pune. With over two decades of manufacturing experience, they serve 8 critical industry sectors Automobile, Hydraulic Applications, Pump & Valve, Electronic Industries, Industrial Products, Non-Automotive, Oil & Gas, and Energy & Power with a client roster that includes Bharat Forge, RSB, Kübler, Tata, and Unity. The problem was visibility. The mandate: build a brand identity and a complete website that converts drawing submissions and spec enquiries into qualified B2B leads and positions Pandurang credibly against larger, better-known competitors.

Before We Started

Before designing anything, we mapped the full buyer journey for a B2B precision manufacturing enquiry. The person sending a drawing for a quote is a procurement engineer or sourcing manager they're evaluating three things almost simultaneously: capability (can they machine what I need?), quality (are they certified, what's their inspection setup?), and reliability (have they delivered for companies like mine?). Everything on the site needed to answer those three questions fast. We also identified that Pandurang served highly diverse sectors from automotive tolerances to oil & gas fittings to electronic industry components each with different application requirements. The services architecture had to reflect that specificity, not lump everything under a generic "what we do" page.

Brand Stratergy

We positioned Pandurang Auto Industries around one idea: Precision you can trust. Not aspirational earned. 23 years, ISO certification, Bharat Forge on the client list. The strategic frame was B2B manufacturing credibility without corporate coldness. Their buyers aren't reading marketing copy they're scanning for specs, certifications, and sector relevance. The site had to be dense with the right information and light on everything else. Three content pillars structured the entire site:

Capability- CNC, VMC, surface grinding, wire cut, 11 machines, 3 Lac+ parts delivered, materials from Aluminium and Alloy Steel to Super Alloy and EN Series Steel. Quality -ISO 9001:2015 certification front and centre, backed by a full quality inspection lab: Profile Projector, Digital Height Gauge, Hardness Tester, Roughness Tester, Instrument & Gauge Shelf, Trimos V6 TDS. The certificate itself downloadable directly from the Facilities page. Trust - 10 marquee client logos including Bharat Forge, RSB, Kübler, Tata, Unity, and Talbros surfaced consistently across pages. 23+ years of experience and 24/7 availability as operational proof points.

The PAI logo was designed to reflect the company's core strengths precision engineering, manufacturing expertise, and continuous industrial growth. The identity was built around the idea of precision manufacturing in motion. The custom symbol forms a distinctive "P" for Pandurang, while incorporating visual cues inspired by CNC machining and industrial production processes. The sweeping inner form and tool-like element represent the movement of a machining operation, reflecting the precision, accuracy, and technical expertise that define Pandurang Auto Industries' work.

The visual identity needed to communicate engineering precision without the visual clichés of industrial manufacturing no heavy dark greys, no generic gear icons. Clean, confident, and structured. The Pandurang Auto Industries logo mark uses a circular form referencing the machined components at the core of the business paired with a clear wordmark. Navy blue as the primary colour: authoritative, technical, and sector-appropriate without being cold. White space used generously to let machined component photography breathe. The gallery on the homepage scrolls through actual production output, giving procurement engineers an immediate read on surface finish and complexity capability.
